Beaver-Milford Medical Clinics

	We rotate our personnel between the Beaver, Milford and Parowan clinics. Our core medical professionals consist of four Family Practice Physicians and four PA-C (Physician Assistants). In addition, we have five well-trained medical assistants who commonly share an eagerness to assist our doctors in managing our patient's health care needs on a high professional level. Our business personnel, also, reflect the same level of caring and efficiency. One of our physicians, Dr. Oakden speaks Spanish.

		Dr. B. Noal Robinson, MD Specialty: Family Practice (1974-Present) Medical School: University of Utah Residency: LDS Hospital (Salt Lake City, Utah) Dr. Robinson and his wife Linda have been married for 38 years and they have eight children. He enjoys his family, golfing, and is a history buff.	Dr. Lance Smith, MD Specialty: Family Practice (2008-Present) Medical School: Medical College of Ohio Residency: McKay Dee Hospital (Ogden, Utah) Dr. Lance Smith and his wife Jamie have been married since 1998. They have four beautiful girls. He enjoys his family, camping, hiking, fishing and just being in the mountains.

		Dr. Roger Smith, MD Specialty: Family Practice (1983-Present) Medical School: University of Utah Residency: McKay-Dee Hospital (Ogden, Utah) Dr. Smith and his wife Paula have been married for 30 years and they have four children. He enjoys his family, camping, hiking, fishing, hunting and back packing.	Dr. R. Wade Oakden, MD Specialty: Family Practice (2000-Present) Medical School: Univeristy of Caribbean Residency: University of North Dakota School of Medicine (Minot, North Dakota) Dr. Oakden and his wife Kim have been married for 13 years and they have five children. He enjoys his family, horses, camping, hunting, fishing and golfing.

		Kenneth L. Hussey, PA-C (Physician Assistant) Education: University of Utah (1997-Present) Ken Hussey and his wife Wendy have been married for 30 years and they have eight children. He enjoys his family, all outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, camping and 4-wheeling.	David Myntti, PA-C (Physician Assistant) Education: George Washington University with a Masters of Science in Health Science 2008 Dave is originally from Sandy, UT. He was married to his wife Jaime in 2000, and they have two daughters. Dave is an avid scuba diver, and enjoys golfing, bowhunting, fishing and camping.

		Wade Hollingshead, FNP (Family Nurse Practioner) Education: University of Utah (2006-Masters, Nurse Practioner) Trained at Mckay Dee Hospital in the ICU unit, and in 2005 managed the operating room at the Valley View Medical Center, Cedar City. Wade is from from Minersville and married Ashlee Dotson of Beaver. The couple has three young boys. Wade enjoys his family, hunting, fishing and anything to do with outdoor activities.	Insurance and Payment Information The Beaver, Milford and Parowan Medical Clinics are designated as "Rural Health Clinics," which mean that we accept both Medicare and Medicaid. We also participate and accept most insurance company policies. In addition, we accept visa or master charge, and offer other methods of financing as well.

		Lindsay Cheney, PA-C (Physician Assistant) Education: Master of Science in Nursing Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing, Kentucky. Nationally certified FNP Experience: Home Health Care, Long Term Care, Acute Care, and Rehabilitation. Lindsay has spent ten years working in health care. Recent position: Assistant Director of Nursing, Milford Hospital. "My husband is Mark and I have two boys, Dylan and Carson. My parents are Scott and Cindy Wiseman".
